Standard Retreat

Service Description

Our standard package 1 is a 4 day retreat starting at 4 pm on the first day and ending with breakfast and a short workout on the morning of the last day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included and guests help with some meal preparation. Fitness assessments include circumference measurements, body fat testing, and blood pressure. Each day will include hiking of various difficulty levels from easy to quite difficult. Some hikes last 6-8 hours depending on the fitness level of the guests. We rent an Airbnb and guests stay under the same roof in their own room (couples and friends can share rooms). You can also arrange your own lodging accommodations for a slightly discounted rate. Includes: Health and Nutrition Assessment, Meals, Room & Board, Guided Hikes. *Price is per person with a special discount for people sharing rooms. Call For Availability
